ACCOMMODATION SIGNING
This service is provided when the transaction does not occur in the United States of America, but one or more parties to a transaction are located in the USA. We receive and process the documentation locally and return to the off island closer via courier service.
CERTIFICATE OF GOOD STANDING
A search of the public records filed with the Department of Revenue & Taxation to determine if a business or corporation is in “good standing” with the Government of the United States of America. Usually required by lenders where an entity is the proposed borrower.
ESCROW
We provide neutral third party services for both real estate and non-real estate transactions. Escrow officers coordinate document production and execution; collect and hold funds in anticipation of closing and then disburse payments as outlined by the governing agreement and as approved by signed settlement statements.
NOTARY PUBLIC
Fees charged in accordance with the United States of America laws. Sufficient evidence of identity is required.
GENERAL RECORDING REQUEST
This service is provided for documents that are required to be recorded with the Department of Land Management, but may not necessarily involve an escrow account. May include releases of mortgage, amendments to previously recorded documents, etc. Fees charged in accordance with the USA laws.
UCC FILING
This service is provided for documents that are required to be filed with the Department of Revenue & Taxation. Typically required by commercial or construction lenders. Fees charged in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
