INTERNATIONAL BOND EXECUTION
When a surety bond is needed for a transaction occurring outside the United States, but one or more parties are located domestically, we facilitate local execution. We receive, verify, and finalize all bond documents within the U.S., then forward the completed package to the requesting party or foreign agency via secure courier service.
BUSINESS COMPLIANCE VERIFICATION
A review of public corporate records filed with the appropriate U.S. regulatory agencies to confirm that a business entity is properly registered, active, and in “good standing.” This verification is often required by sureties before issuing a performance, payment, or financial guarantee bond for an entity seeking to act as the principal.
SURETY BOND ISSUANCE & MANAGEMENT
We provide neutral third-party bonding services for commercial, contractual, and financial obligations. Surety specialists coordinate underwriting, document preparation, bond execution, and delivery. Once issued, we maintain the bond, monitor compliance, and assist with renewals or modifications as required by the obligee and governing agreements.
NOTARIZATION OF BOND DOCUMENTS
Notarial services are provided in accordance with U.S. law for signatures on indemnity agreements, bond applications, and related documents. Proper identification is required to confirm the signer’s identity and authority before notarization.
REGULATORY FILING SERVICES
Some bonds or supporting documents must be filed with government agencies but do not involve an escrow or settlement process. We prepare and submit these documents—including bond riders, cancellations, reinstatements, and amendments—to the appropriate authority in compliance with U.S. recording requirements.
UCC RECORDING FOR SECURED OBLIGATIONS
For bonds or agreements that require secured interests, we handle the preparation and filing of UCC-1 financing statements with the appropriate Department of Revenue & Taxation. This filing is often required for commercial surety bonds, construction obligations, or bonded financial guarantees. All fees are charged according to applicable U.S. laws.
